Who is responsible

BawahLabs is responsible for processing data submitted through this website. For privacy questions, use the assessment form and write “Privacy request” in the message field. Complete legal contact details will be published in the imprint before the public production launch.

Data you provide

The assessment form collects your business email, company, current ITSM, approximate ticket volume, and any optional notes. We use this information only to respond to your request, assess fit, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

Infrastructure and storage

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to BawahLabs infrastructure hosted in the AWS Europe (Frankfurt) region. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Retention is limited to the time needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Local browser data

The website stores your language preference in local storage. The authenticated enterprise demo may use session storage for temporary sign-in state. The guided homepage walkthrough does not send the selected examples or any customer data to a server.

Processors and transfers

We use infrastructure and service providers only where necessary to operate the website. Contractual and technical safeguards are applied according to the selected deployment model. We do not sell personal data or use assessment submissions to train shared AI models.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
